Sometimes I lose track of time and I can be sealed away in my room thinking it’s noon and I’ll look out the window and it will be 11 at night or I think it’s super late but it’s actually 7 in the morning.
Like what even is this?
Other times I become so sleep deprived I end up I just don’t seem to understand or be capable of understanding anything.
But I can’t sleep, I try to but nothing happens. I end up laying there doing nothing hoping sleep will come but it doesn’t.
